Rainbow Guided Meditation Script:

Take a comfortable seat or gently lie down in a quiet, peaceful space where you won’t be disturbed. Allow your body to settle into stillness. Close your eyes softly, and begin to connect with your breath—slow, deep inhales… followed by smooth, steady exhales. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed.

Let your shoulders drop away from your ears. Let your jaw unclench. Let your thoughts begin to drift like clouds in a clear sky. With every breath, your body softens… your mind becomes quiet… and you begin to feel present in this moment.

Now, bring your attention to the very base of your spine. Imagine a deep, glowing red light forming there. This is your root energy—grounding, stable, and strong. With each breath, see this red light becoming brighter and warmer, anchoring you deeply to the earth.

Feel its strength beneath you, a foundation of support and security. Let it rise up through your legs and pelvis, reminding you that you are safe, held, and deeply rooted in the present moment.

Gently shift your focus upward to your lower abdomen, just below your navel. Here, visualize a radiant orange light pulsing with life. This is the energy of creativity, joy, and emotional expression. Feel it swirling gently, like warm water moving through your hips and lower belly.

Let this orange light awaken your senses and invite in a playful, vibrant energy. It flows freely, helping you feel alive, connected to pleasure, and in harmony with your emotions.

Now bring your attention to the area above your navel, your solar plexus. Picture a bright golden-yellow light glowing here, warm like the midday sun. This is the center of your personal power, your confidence, your sense of self.

Feel this yellow light expanding with every breath, igniting your inner strength. Allow it to dissolve fear and doubt, replacing them with courage and determination. You are capable. You are strong. You are enough.

Next, let your awareness rise to the center of your chest—your heart space. Visualize a vivid green light blooming here, soft and expansive. This green energy radiates love, compassion, and connection.

Let it open gently, like the petals of a flower. Feel it embrace you with peace and warmth. Let it flow outward to others—those you love, those in need, and even to yourself. Fill your heart with kindness, forgiveness, and acceptance. Let it flow without resistance.

Now move your focus to your throat. See a clear, sky-blue light glowing here, calming and open. This is the center of your truth, your voice, your ability to express yourself.

Let the blue light soften any tension in your neck and shoulders. Feel it opening your voice—not only the words you speak to others, but the honesty you share with yourself. Invite clarity, openness, and the courage to speak from your heart.

Shift your awareness to the space between your eyebrows, your third eye. Here, envision a deep indigo light glowing steadily. This is your inner vision, your intuition, the quiet wisdom that guides you.

Feel it gently illuminating your thoughts, helping you to see beyond confusion and noise. Trust this indigo light to show you your path—not from logic alone, but from the quiet knowing deep within you.

Finally, bring your attention to the crown of your head. Visualize a soft violet or pure white light hovering gently above you. This is the light of your connection to something greater—your higher self, the universe, divine energy.

Feel it flowing down through the top of your head, bringing a sense of openness, expansion, and spiritual peace. Let it lift you beyond worry, beyond limitation, into a space of grace, light, and infinite connection.

Now, imagine all these lights—red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet—coming together, forming a beautiful, luminous rainbow. See this rainbow energy flowing through your body like a gentle wave. It cleanses, balances, and restores every part of you—mind, body, and soul. You are whole. You are radiant. You are deeply at peace.

Take a few more deep, mindful breaths. Feel this rainbow energy surrounding and protecting you. And when you feel ready, slowly bring your awareness back to your physical body. Gently wiggle your fingers… your toes… stretch if you’d like. And softly open your eyes, returning to your space with a sense of renewal.
