Hypnosis Script for Back Pain Relief:

Begin by finding a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, ensuring your body feels fully supported. Allow your eyes to close gently and take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale fully, letting go of any tension.

With every breath, feel your body becoming more relaxed, more at ease. Take another slow, deep breath in, filling your lungs completely, and exhale slowly, feeling the weight of the day melting away.

With each breath, allow yourself to drift deeper into comfort, feeling a wave of warmth and calmness starting at the top of your head, flowing gently down through your forehead, your eyes, your cheeks, your jaw… releasing any tension, any tightness. Allow your scalp and your temples to soften, letting this calmness spread through your entire head, bringing a sense of quiet peace.

Now, bring your awareness to your neck and shoulders. Feel the muscles releasing, the shoulders dropping slightly as they let go of all tension. Imagine them becoming soft, warm, and supported.

With every breath, notice how the muscles in your arms, hands, and fingers are becoming lighter and more relaxed. Feel the energy in your arms gently flowing down to your fingertips, leaving a feeling of ease, comfort, and gentle warmth.

Bring your attention now to your chest and abdomen. Notice the rise and fall of each breath, and with each exhale, release any remaining tension. Feel your torso expanding with each inhale, and softening with each exhale.

Allow this gentle rhythm to wash through your back, loosening any stiffness, easing discomfort, and creating a growing sense of support. Visualize each vertebra in your spine aligning naturally, supported, and comfortable. Imagine your muscles unwinding and your spine feeling long, balanced, and free.

Shift your awareness slowly down to your hips, pelvis, and lower back. If there are areas of discomfort or tightness, allow them to soften and release with each breath. Picture a gentle, healing energy flowing into your lower back, moving through every muscle, tendon, and joint. Imagine it spreading warmth, dissolving tightness, and inviting a deep sense of comfort.

Allow your legs to become heavy yet relaxed, from your thighs to your knees, calves, ankles, and feet. Feel your toes releasing any remaining tension, grounding you with a sense of safety, stability, and ease.

Now, bring your awareness fully to your back, noticing any areas where discomfort is present. Imagine a warm, radiant light beginning at the top of your spine. This light carries soothing, healing energy, and as it flows downward, it touches every vertebra, every muscle, every nerve. See the light moving slowly, deliberately, easing soreness, softening stiffness, and filling your back with a comforting glow.

Feel this light expanding outward, enveloping your entire back with support, safety, and warmth. Sense the relief as the light gently lifts away tension, leaving your back more flexible, more aligned, more at ease. With each breath, sink deeper into this sensation, allowing it to flow naturally through your body.

As you continue to breathe gently, imagine your back becoming lighter and more resilient with each exhale. Feel every muscle softening and every joint releasing. Visualize your spine supported from head to tailbone, aligned perfectly, and imagine the surrounding muscles becoming supple, relaxed, and energized in the most comforting way.

Sense the healing energy spreading from your back to your shoulders, chest, and neck, filling your upper body with warmth and ease. Feel it moving down through your hips, legs, and feet, grounding you in a profound sense of relaxation and well-being.

Now, allow gentle, positive suggestions to flow into your awareness. Repeat silently or feel the truth of these thoughts deeply: 'I am safe. I am supported. My back is strong, flexible, and comfortable. I release tension and allow my body to restore ease.

With each breath, my body heals, restores balance, and releases discomfort. I am aware of my body and care for it with compassion and love.' Let these suggestions sink deeply into your subconscious, reinforcing a sense of empowerment, control, and comfort.

Visualize a gentle wave of warmth spreading across your back with every inhale. With every exhale, notice discomfort, tension, or stiffness leaving your body, carried away by the soothing flow of your breath.

Imagine your spine moving naturally with ease, your muscles softening, and your body becoming lighter, freer, and more balanced. Picture yourself moving through your day with comfort, ease, and strength, knowing that this sense of relief is always accessible whenever you choose.

Allow this sensation of ease to deepen even further, connecting every part of your body. Feel your head, neck, shoulders, back, torso, arms, hands, legs, and feet all wrapped in warmth, comfort, and gentle support. Sense the alignment of your spine and the natural strength in your muscles.

Notice how each breath reinforces this comfort, how each heartbeat encourages relaxation and ease. With every passing moment, feel more and more empowered, confident in your body’s ability to maintain comfort and balance.

In a moment, you will begin to return to full awareness, carrying this deep sense of relaxation, comfort, and strength with you. Begin by noticing your breath, gently moving your fingers and toes, bringing energy and awareness back into your body. Feel your back supported, flexible, and comfortable.

Wiggle your hands and feet, feeling refreshed and balanced. Know that you can return to this state of relaxation and relief anytime you choose, simply by focusing on your breath and the warmth of the healing energy in your back. When you are ready, open your eyes, feeling calm, aligned, supported, and completely at ease.
