Script:

"Find a comfortable seated position, allowing your hands to rest naturally on your lap or by your sides. When you’re ready, gently close your eyes and take a deep, slow breath in. As you exhale, let go of any tension, stress, or worries. Feel yourself settling into the surface beneath you, fully supported and at ease.

Begin to bring your awareness to your breath. Notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest as you breathe in…and out. With each inhale, imagine drawing in a sense of calm and clarity. With each exhale, release any distractions or concerns. Let your breath guide you into a state of relaxation, deeper and deeper with each cycle.

Now, imagine that you are standing at the base of a magnificent mountain. This mountain is tall and strong, its peak reaching high into the sky. It’s solid, unmovable, and deeply rooted in the earth. Take a moment to observe this mountain—notice its size, its shape, and its presence. Feel the strength and stability it represents.

As you breathe, begin to visualize yourself becoming one with this mountain. Feel your body grounding into the earth, your feet like the strong roots that anchor you to the ground. Imagine the strength of the mountain flowing up through your legs, filling your entire body with a sense of stability and power. You are steady, you are strong, just like the mountain before you.

Picture yourself as the mountain now. Your body is the base, wide and rooted deep into the earth. Your head is the peak, touching the sky, surrounded by the clear, open air. No matter what storms may come, the mountain remains still and unmoved. It stands strong through the wind, the rain, and the sun. You, too, can embody this same calm strength and resilience.

As you breathe, feel a deep sense of groundedness. Imagine the mountain’s solid foundation beneath you, anchoring you securely. Let this feeling of rootedness spread through your entire being, bringing a sense of stability and peace. In this moment, you are as unshakable as the mountain, connected deeply to the earth below.

Now, notice the view from the peak of your mountain. The air is fresh and clear, the sky open and expansive. You can see far into the distance—beyond any worries, beyond any fears. Take a deep breath in, filling your lungs with the crisp, clean air. As you exhale, let go of any lingering doubts or anxieties. Feel a sense of freedom and openness, like the vast sky above you.

Let’s take a moment to connect with the qualities of the mountain. It is strong, steady, and enduring. It remains still through all seasons, through sun, wind, rain, and snow. As you breathe, imagine absorbing these qualities into yourself. Feel the calm and resilience of the mountain merging with your own energy. No matter what comes your way, you are grounded, stable, and strong.

Now, bring your awareness to your heart center. Imagine a warm light glowing here, like the sun shining on the peak of the mountain. Let this light grow brighter with each breath, spreading warmth and love throughout your entire body. Feel this light filling you with a deep sense of inner strength and peace.

As you sit here, embodying the mountain, silently repeat these affirmations to yourself: 'I am strong. I am steady. I am unshakable.' Let these words resonate with each breath, reinforcing your connection to the mountain’s strength and stability.

Spend a few moments here, resting in the stillness of the mountain. Feel the calm and quiet that surrounds you. Know that this strength is always within you, ready to be accessed whenever you need it. You are as solid as the earth, as unshakable as the tallest peak.

​When you’re ready, begin to gently bring your awareness back to the room around you. Feel the surface beneath you, the air on your skin, and the gentle rhythm of your breath. Wiggle your fingers and toes, inviting small movements back into your body. Take one final deep breath in…and as you exhale, slowly open your eyes. Carry this sense of inner strength and calm with you into the rest of your day, knowing that, like the mountain, you are resilient and grounded."
