This guided meditation script is created for meditation professionals to guide clients through a focused Third-Eye Chakra meditation. Guided Meditation Script for Third Eye Chakra:
Begin by closing your eyes. Take a slow, deep breath in through your nose, and gently release through your mouth. Let yourself sink into this moment. Again, breathe in deeply—feeling your chest rise—and exhale slowly—feeling your body begin to relax. Take one more long, steady breath in, and as you breathe out, let go of anything you’ve been holding onto today. Let go of tension. Let go of stress.
Let go of the need to do anything at all. Allow your breath to settle into its own gentle rhythm. Notice the natural rise and fall of your body with each inhale and exhale. With every breath, feel your body softening—melting into stillness. Feel the calm washing over your forehead, your eyes, your jaw, your shoulders. Allow yourself to feel safe, supported, and grounded in this space. Now gently bring your awareness to the space between your eyebrows—the center of your forehead.
This is your Third-Eye Chakra, also known as Ajna, the center of insight, inner vision, and wisdom. Imagine that in this sacred space, a soft, radiant indigo light begins to glow. With each breath in, see this light becoming brighter, more vibrant, more alive. With each breath out, feel it gently expanding outward—soothing and relaxing the muscles around your eyes, your temples, your forehead.
Let this light swirl and glow like a gentle mist of energy—quiet, peaceful, deeply intuitive. Let it flow into the center of your mind, softening your thoughts, clearing your mental space, awakening your ability to see beyond the physical. You are safe to explore your inner world. You are safe to trust your intuition. Now silently repeat the following affirmations, letting each word settle deep into your being, like a gentle echo from your highest self:
“I trust what I feel and see within. My intuition is clear and strong. I am connected to my inner wisdom. I see the truth beyond illusion. I honor and follow the guidance of my inner self.”
Feel these words vibrate at the center of your Third Eye. Perhaps you sense warmth, a gentle tingling, or simply a sense of openness and peace. Allow any images, memories, or subtle impressions to arise—without judgment, without resistance.
Let them come and go like clouds passing through a quiet sky. Just observe. Just be. Now visualize a spiral of indigo energy gently spinning at your Third Eye. This spiral is calm, steady, and powerful—connecting you to your higher consciousness. See it as a beacon of truth and inner light, linking your physical self to your higher self. Let this spiral grow brighter, more refined, more attuned to your deepest wisdom. In this space of deep stillness, ask your inner self,
“What do I need to see right now?”
Be open to any answer, whether it arrives in the form of a word, an image, a memory, or a quiet knowing. Trust that your intuition knows what is true, what is real, and what is needed. Stay here for a few more moments, breathing gently, resting in your inner vision. Let yourself be held by this peaceful awareness. Feel your mind expand beyond logic into the vast, limitless realm of inner knowing. You are aligned. You are clear. You are awake.
Now, slowly begin to bring your awareness back to your body. Feel the support of the surface beneath you. Gently wiggle your fingers and toes, slowly reawakening the physical form. Notice the sounds around you. Feel the temperature of the air.
Take a deep, grounding breath in, and exhale with a soft sigh, returning to the present moment with clarity and peace. When you’re ready, gently open your eyes. Sit for a moment in stillness and just notice how you feel—mentally, emotionally, spiritually. Your Third Eye is a sacred space, a source of insight and truth.
Each time you return to this place, your connection to your inner guidance grows stronger. Carry this awareness with you as you move through your day or settle into your evening. Let your vision be clear. Let your intuition be your guide. The light in me sees, honors, and reflects the light in you.
