This guided meditation script is designed to help your client connect with and activate the Solar Plexus Chakra — the third energy center located just above the navel. It focuses on cultivating confidence, self-worth, inner strength, and personal power. Through breath awareness, visualization, and affirmations, your client will be guided to release fear and doubt, while stepping into a space of empowered presence.

It’s suitable for both beginner and experienced clients and can be used in private sessions, group meditations, or recorded practices. Invite your client to get comfortable, either seated or lying down, in a space where they won’t be disturbed.

Let’s get started.

Guided Meditation for Solar Plexus Chakra:

Close your eyes gently, and begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose… and exhale slowly through your mouth. Let your breath begin to soften. Take another slow inhale… and release. With each breath, feel your body settling into stillness. Let the world around you begin to fade, as you turn inward, into the sanctuary of your own being.

Feel the ground beneath you. Know that you are supported. Know that you are safe to let go. Let your shoulders melt away from your ears. Let your arms rest heavy. Let your spine align naturally. Let the muscles of your face soften — your forehead, your cheeks, your jaw. Allow your whole body to surrender to stillness. With every breath, you are sinking deeper into relaxation, deeper into presence, deeper into your truth.

Now bring your awareness to the center of your body — just above your navel, in the middle of your abdomen. This is your Solar Plexus Chakra, your inner sun, the place where your personal power, your identity, and your confidence live. This is where the fire of your will burns. This is the chakra that says, "I can. I will. I am."

In your mind’s eye, begin to see a gentle golden light flickering in this space. It may appear like the soft flame of a candle, or the glow of the rising sun. With every inhale, this light begins to grow. It becomes warmer, brighter, steadier. With every exhale, feel this golden light melting away anything that stands in the way of your empowerment — doubts, fears, insecurities. Let it all dissolve.

Let this light begin to swirl and spin. It rotates gently in a clockwise motion, spinning freely and naturally. This is your energy — moving, awakening, balancing. With every breath, you feel more connected to this golden center. More connected to your strength. More connected to the fire within.

Now silently repeat the following affirmations, feeling each one land in the center of your body, like drops of light:

I am strong.
I am worthy.
I am capable.
I honor myself.
I release all fear of failure.
I take up space.
I trust in my decisions.
I am not afraid to be seen.
I am powerful beyond measure.
I move forward with confidence and grace.
I am the author of my story.
I deserve to shine.

Let these affirmations echo through you like a mantra. Feel them absorbing into your energetic field. Each word strengthening you. Each breath activating your inner sun. The more you breathe into this space, the more grounded and alive you feel. You are no longer shrinking. You are expanding. You are rising.

Now allow this golden light to spread. See it moving outward from your Solar Plexus… flowing through your belly, into your chest, down your arms, through your fingertips. Let it travel down into your hips, your legs, and feet. Allow this energy to rise upward into your throat, your mind, and all the way to the crown of your head. Your entire body is now glowing with golden light. You are radiant. You are filled with clarity, direction, and confidence. You are aligned with your truth.

Feel yourself becoming one with the energy of the sun — warm, steady, and luminous. Feel yourself becoming like the flame — focused, bright, untouchable. Feel yourself becoming like the lion — proud, strong, unapologetically bold.

Now visualize a moment in your life where you stood in your power — where you acted with courage, spoke your truth, or stood up for yourself. It doesn’t have to be dramatic. It can be something small — a boundary you held, a goal you followed through on, a moment you believed in yourself. See that version of you. Feel it. Let it remind you of who you are. That version of you is always inside you, waiting to be called forward.

And now imagine your future self — empowered, confident, self-assured. See yourself walking through the world with head held high. Speaking with clarity. Making decisions with ease. Trusting yourself fully. What does that feel like? Hold that vision. Let it integrate with the energy you're building now. That future self is not far away. That is who you already are — you’re simply coming home to it now.

Take a few moments in silence now. No words. Just breath and light. Let your being settle into this new frequency. Let your nervous system adapt to this empowerment. Stay here as long as you’d like, basking in the glow of your own energy.

When you're ready to return, gently begin to bring your awareness back to the body. Feel the surface beneath you. Feel the air touching your skin. Begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes. Take one more deep, steady breath in through your nose… and exhale through your mouth. And when you’re ready, open your eyes slowly.

You have returned, but you are changed. You are more centered. More aligned. More grounded in your power. Carry this energy into your day. Remember your light. Walk with confidence. Speak with clarity. Live with purpose. You are powerful. You are radiant. You are free.
