This guided meditation script is designed for you to lead your clients into a deep state of self-love and compassion. In this practice, your clients will learn to embrace their worth, let go of self-judgment, and cultivate a loving relationship with themselves. Use this script to help your clients release negative beliefs, enhance their self-acceptance, and foster a sense of inner peace. Adjust the pacing and tone as needed to create a safe and nurturing environment for their journey.

Guided Meditation Script for Self Love:
Imagine a soft, golden light above your head. This light represents love—pure, unconditional love that is yours to receive. With each breath, see the light gently descending, surrounding your head, and gradually moving down to your neck and shoulders. Feel its warmth and radiance as it spreads throughout your body. As the golden light continues to flow downward, feel it gently caress your arms, your chest, your abdomen. As the light travels through you, it brings peace, comfort, and self-compassion. Let it fill you completely—there is no part of you that is not worthy of this love.
When the golden light reaches your heart, feel it open and expand. Visualize your heart glowing brightly, radiating love and warmth. In this moment, your heart is filled with acceptance, kindness, and deep love for yourself. Feel the love grow stronger with every beat of your heart. Know that this love is already inside of you—always has been, always will be. You do not need to look outside of yourself for it. It is yours to claim, here and now.
Now, I will guide you through some affirmations. You can say them aloud, or repeat them silently in your mind. Let each affirmation sink deeply into your being, allowing them to transform your thoughts and feelings about yourself.
"I am deserving of love and all the good things life has to offer."
"I am enough, exactly as I am in this moment."
"I honor my strengths and embrace my imperfections."
"I am worthy of peace, joy, and abundance."
"I forgive myself for past mistakes and release all guilt and shame."
"I am proud of who I am and the journey I have walked."
"I trust in my ability to overcome challenges and grow stronger."
"I choose to let go of self-judgment and replace it with compassion."
Feel these affirmations resonate in your heart. Know that they are true, and with every breath, you are building a deeper relationship with yourself.
Now, imagine any negative beliefs you have about yourself as dark clouds in your mind. These clouds represent self-doubt, fear, or criticism. As you inhale deeply, visualize the golden light above you growing brighter, pushing away these clouds. With each exhale, the clouds begin to dissipate, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and more at peace. You are letting go of anything that no longer serves you. Let it float away with the wind, knowing that you are safe, loved, and supported.
Take a moment now to reflect on the things you love about yourself. It could be your kindness, your strength, your creativity, or the way you show up for others. Acknowledge and appreciate your qualities, no matter how small they may seem. Feel a sense of gratitude for the person you are, for your journey, and for the unique path that only you can walk. You are worthy of your own love and appreciation.
Now, gently bring your awareness to your breath once more. Inhale deeply, and with every inhale, imagine that you are breathing in self-love. As you exhale, feel this love anchoring deep within your heart, making it a permanent part of who you are. Let each breath strengthen the love you have for yourself. It is a constant presence that you can always return to, whenever you need it.
In a moment, I will guide you back to the present moment, carrying this sense of self-love with you. But first, let’s take a few moments to enjoy the peacefulness you have cultivated. Take a final deep breath in... and exhale slowly. When you feel ready, gently bring your awareness back to the room around you. Wiggle your fingers and toes, and stretch your body if it feels good. When you’re ready, open your eyes, knowing that you are loved, worthy, and enough.
