Ideal for reducing stress and boosting mood, this script can be used in individual or group sessions to cultivate a sense of well-being and inner light. Without further ado, let’s get started.

Script:


"Begin by finding a comfortable seated position, with your hands resting gently on your lap or by your sides. Allow your body to settle in, and when you feel ready, softly close your eyes. Take a deep breath in…and as you slowly exhale, imagine letting go of any stress, tension, or worries you may be holding onto. Allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation with each breath.

Now, bring your attention to the natural flow of your breath. Notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest with every inhale and exhale. With each breath you take, imagine drawing in calm, peace, and light. With every exhale, release any lingering negativity, allowing it to drift away like a cloud in the sky. Let each breath bring you into a state of relaxation, deeper and deeper.

Picture now a warm, radiant light above your head. This light is filled with pure, positive energy. It shines softly, like the morning sun, casting a gentle glow. Visualize this light slowly descending, entering the top of your head. As it fills your mind, feel a wave of calm and clarity wash over you. Imagine this light dissolving any negative thoughts, clearing your mind, and bringing a sense of peace.

Let this light continue flowing down through your face, softening your forehead, easing any tightness around your eyes, and relaxing your jaw. Feel the muscles in your face become loose, calm, and relaxed. With each breath, allow this warm light to travel down your neck and into your shoulders, releasing any tension you may be holding there. Let the positive energy flow like a gentle stream, soothing and relaxing your entire upper body.

As the light moves down through your arms, feel it filling your chest with warmth and love. Take a moment to focus on your heart center. Imagine this light glowing brighter here, filling your heart with positivity, compassion, and joy. With every inhale, feel your heart expanding, radiating this positive energy outward. Let it spread through your entire chest, filling you with a comforting glow.

Now, guide this light down into your stomach and lower back. Feel it dissolving any knots or tension, leaving only a sense of comfort and ease. Imagine the positive energy flowing down through your hips, your thighs, your knees, and into your legs. Let the light travel all the way down to your feet, bringing a sense of relaxation and lightness. Your entire body is now filled with this warm, glowing energy, leaving you feeling peaceful and uplifted.

Imagine now that this light begins to expand beyond your body, forming a soft, protective aura around you. This aura is filled with positive energy, shielding you from any negativity and creating a safe space of calm and joy. Feel yourself surrounded by this light, a cocoon of positivity and peace.

If any unwanted thoughts or worries come up, acknowledge them without judgment. Then, with your next exhale, imagine the light gently dissolving these thoughts, allowing them to drift away like mist in the morning sun. Feel lighter, freer, and more relaxed with each release.

Now, silently repeat these affirmations to yourself: 'I am filled with positive energy. I attract peace, joy, and light. I am a source of positivity for myself and others.' Let these words resonate deeply, filling you with a sense of calm confidence and inner strength. Feel these affirmations becoming a part of you, reinforcing a positive mindset that will stay with you throughout the day.

Spend a few moments here, basking in this glowing energy, feeling the warmth and light spreading through every part of you. Know that this positive energy is always within you, ready to be accessed whenever you need it. You are a source of light, a beacon of positivity, and you carry this energy with you wherever you go.

When you’re ready, begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment. Feel the surface beneath you, the gentle rhythm of your breath, the air on your skin. Wiggle your fingers and toes, allowing small movements to bring you back. Take one final deep breath in…and as you exhale, slowly open your eyes, carrying this sense of positivity, light, and peace with you into the rest of your day."
