Guided Meditation Script for Positive Energy:
Today, we’ll focus on releasing negativity and inviting vibrant, positive energy into your life. Take a moment to settle into your space, free from distractions, and allow yourself to fully relax.
Start by sitting or lying in a comfortable position. Let your body feel supported and at ease. Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs completely. Hold it for a moment, and now slowly exhale through your mouth. As you exhale, feel the tension leaving your body. Repeat this a few times, inhaling deeply and exhaling slowly.
Feel the weight of your body connecting to the surface beneath you. Imagine roots growing from your body, extending deep into the earth. These roots provide stability and strength, grounding you to the nurturing energy of the earth. With every breath, feel yourself becoming more rooted, more connected to this steady foundation.
Now, begin to notice any tension in your body. Scan from the top of your head to the tips of your toes. If you feel tightness in any area, take a deep breath, and as you exhale, imagine the tension melting away. Relax your forehead, your jaw, your shoulders. Let your arms feel heavy. Release any tightness in your stomach, your hips, your legs, and your feet.
With each breath, allow your body to sink deeper into relaxation. Imagine the earth below you gently supporting you, holding you, and providing a sense of safety and comfort.
As you continue to breathe, visualize a warm, golden light above you. This light represents positivity, joy, and abundance. See it shining brightly, like the sun, radiating warmth and love. Slowly, this golden light begins to descend, entering through the top of your head. Feel its warmth spreading across your scalp, releasing any tension or heaviness.
Let the light flow down your face, relaxing your eyes, your cheeks, your jaw. It moves down your neck and shoulders, melting away any stress. The golden light travels down your arms, all the way to your fingertips, filling them with a soothing, vibrant energy.
Now, let the light flow into your chest, surrounding your heart. Feel it expanding, filling you with love and positivity. Imagine this light radiating outward, like a glowing beacon, spreading peace and joy.
The light continues to move down your torso, into your hips, thighs, and knees. It flows into your calves, ankles, and feet, reaching every corner of your body. You are now glowing with this golden energy, radiating positivity and vitality.
Take a moment to sit in this feeling, noticing how light and free you feel. You are a vessel of positive energy.
Now, bring your attention to your thoughts. If any negative or limiting beliefs arise, acknowledge them without judgment and imagine them being carried away by a gentle breeze. You are creating space for positivity, love, and empowerment.
Repeat these affirmations silently or out loud:
I am filled with positive energy.
I attract love, joy, and abundance into my life.
I am calm, centered, and at peace.
I release all negativity and welcome happiness and harmony.
My energy inspires positivity in myself and others.
Feel these affirmations resonating within you, becoming a part of your reality.
Now, imagine yourself surrounded by a protective bubble of golden light. This light shields you from negativity and allows only positive energy to enter. Carry this shield with you, knowing that you are protected and supported wherever you go.
Take a few more deep breaths, allowing this vibrant energy to settle into every cell of your body. Slowly, bring your awareness back to your surroundings. Notice the sounds around you, the sensations of your body. Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.
When you’re ready, open your eyes. Take a moment to appreciate this time you’ve given yourself. You’ve recharged your spirit with positivity, and this energy will stay with you throughout your day.
Remember, this positive energy is always within you, ready to be accessed whenever you need it.
