Guided Meditation Script for Nausea Relief:

Begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose. Fill your lungs completely, hold for a moment at the top, and then slowly release the breath through your mouth. With each exhale, allow any tension to melt away. Feel the weight of your body gently sinking into the surface beneath you.

With every breath you take, imagine your body becoming lighter and more relaxed. Let your shoulders soften, your jaw unclench, and your mind begin to quiet. Let go of any worries or stress, and focus only on this moment of healing.

Now, let's bring awareness to your feet. Picture a gentle warmth or soothing energy beginning to rise up from the ground. Feel this energy slowly moving up through your feet, ankles, and calves. Let it dissolve any tension or discomfort that may be lingering there.

As the warmth continues to rise, allow it to travel up through your thighs and hips, relaxing the muscles as it moves. Feel your stomach soften and release any tension. With each breath, notice that your stomach is becoming calmer, the discomfort fading into the background.

Imagine now that this healing energy continues to move upwards, through your chest, shoulders, and arms. Let your hands feel light and at ease, as if the weight of the world has been lifted off your body. Let your neck and face relax as well. Release any tightness in your jaw, the space between your eyebrows, or around your eyes. Allow your entire body to feel relaxed, light, and free of discomfort.

Now, picture yourself standing on a beautiful, serene beach. The sun is warm on your skin, and the air is fresh and cool. The sound of gentle waves rolling onto the shore is calming and rhythmic. With each wave, feel the tension in your body release, and feel the discomfort in your stomach start to fade.

With every wave that gently touches the sand, visualize the nausea being washed away, dissolving into the vast ocean. Each wave brings in a sense of peace and calmness, leaving you feeling more balanced with each passing moment.

As you continue to focus on the waves, notice the soft breeze that brushes against your skin. Feel the cool air entering your lungs with each inhale, and the soothing energy that fills your body. Let the cool air settle in your stomach, bringing relief with each breath.

Now, bring your awareness to your breath. Slowly inhale through your nose for a count of four. Hold the breath for a count of four, and then exhale through your mouth for a count of four. With each breath in, feel the air nourish and heal your body. With each exhale, release any lingering discomfort or tension.

As you continue to breathe slowly and deeply, repeat the following affirmations silently in your mind:

"I am in control of my body."
"My body knows how to heal and restore balance."
"Every breath I take brings me closer to a place of calm."
"The discomfort I feel is temporary and will pass."


Feel these words becoming deeply ingrained in your mind and body. Allow them to bring you a sense of peace and assurance. Trust that your body is capable of finding relief and healing.

Now, visualize the nausea completely leaving your body. See it dissolving into the air with each breath you take. Imagine a bright light of healing energy surrounding your stomach, gently soothing it and restoring balance. Allow this healing light to fill every part of your being, washing away any discomfort and replacing it with calm, soothing energy.

Let this peaceful, healing energy spread throughout your entire body, bringing a deep sense of relaxation. Feel it radiating from the tips of your toes to the top of your head, filling you with warmth and ease. Your body is healing, your mind is calm, and your stomach feels at peace.

As you continue to relax, take a moment to be grateful for this time you’ve taken to nurture yourself. You’ve given your body and mind the space to heal and reset. Know that relief is always available to you, and you have the power to return to this peaceful place whenever you need it.

Begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment. Start by gently moving your fingers and toes. Wiggle your fingers, stretch your arms, and feel the sensation of your body reawakening. Slowly begin to open your eyes when you’re ready.

Know that the relief you’ve found here is lasting. You can always return to this meditation whenever you need to ease discomfort or find peace.
