Guided Meditation Script for Men:

Begin by sitting comfortably in a position that feels right for you. You can sit on a chair with your feet flat on the floor, or if you prefer, sit cross-legged on the ground. Rest your hands gently on your thighs or knees, allowing your arms to relax. Close your eyes gently, or keep your gaze soft and downward.

Take a moment to settle into the space around you. Feel the weight of your body as it connects with the earth beneath you. Take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs fully. Hold for a moment, and then slowly exhale through your mouth, releasing any tension or stress. With each exhale, allow your body to relax deeper.

Inhale again, slowly and deeply, and as you exhale, allow your thoughts to begin to slow down. Let go of anything that happened earlier today or any worries about what’s coming next. For the next few minutes, this time is for you.

Now, bring your awareness to your feet. Feel the ground beneath you. Imagine your feet as roots, reaching deep into the earth. With each breath you take, feel those roots grow stronger and deeper. Your connection to the earth is unwavering and unshakable. You are supported, stable, and grounded.

As you inhale, feel the energy of the earth rising up through your feet, filling your body with strength. As you exhale, feel any tension or stress leaving your body, flowing back into the earth. Allow yourself to feel more present with every breath.

Now, visualize yourself as a tall, powerful tree. Your body is the trunk—strong, steady, and resilient. Your arms are branches that reach out with purpose, and your head is like the crown of the tree, elevated and wise. You are rooted in the earth, yet you stand tall and strong.

Feel the strength of this tree inside you. Know that, just like the tree, you are deeply connected to the earth and can weather any storm. Nothing can shake your foundation because you are grounded, resilient, and strong.

Take a deep breath in, and as you do, imagine this strength flowing through you, filling you with confidence. Let the breath expand throughout your chest, arms, legs, and core, sending energy and vitality to every part of your body.

With each exhale, feel any self-doubt or fear leaving you. You are strong, capable, and resilient. Trust in your ability to handle whatever challenges come your way.

Repeat silently or aloud: I am strong. I am grounded. I am capable.

Now, shift your attention to your heart. Imagine a warm, golden light glowing in the center of your chest. This light represents your inner strength, your courage, and your resilience. As you inhale, feel the light grow brighter and stronger, expanding within you. As you exhale, let the light fill your entire body, spreading through your arms, legs, and mind.

With each breath, feel the light becoming more powerful, more radiant. It is the energy that fuels your purpose, the force that drives you forward. Know that this light is always with you, always available to you. When you need strength, this light is there. When you need clarity, it will guide you.

Repeat silently or aloud: I am strong. I am confident. I am resilient.

Next, bring your awareness to your mind. Imagine your thoughts as a rushing river. The current is fast and strong, full of activity and distractions. As you breathe, see this river slowing down. The water begins to calm, becoming still and peaceful.

Your thoughts are like leaves floating gently on the surface of the water. As each thought arises, see it land softly on the water and then float away, carried by the current. With each breath, your mind becomes quieter, more peaceful. The stillness deepens, and you find yourself becoming more focused, more centered.

Allow any worries, doubts, or distractions to flow away. You are in control of your mind. You can choose calm, clarity, and focus.

Repeat silently or aloud: I am clear. I am focused. I am in control of my mind.

Now, take a moment to reflect on your body. Feel the strength within you. Your body is capable of so much—of moving, of lifting, of protecting, and of caring. Honor the power and resilience of your body. You have everything you need within you.

As you breathe deeply, feel your chest rise and fall. Feel the power in your legs, the strength in your arms, and the steady rhythm of your heart. You are a force of nature—strong, capable, and full of life.

You are not just strong in your body, but in your mind and spirit. Your strength comes from within, from your deep connection to the earth and to your own inner power. Trust in that power. Know that you have the ability to face whatever challenges come your way.

Take a few moments to let this power and strength settle deep within you. Feel it in every cell of your body, in every thought, in every breath. You are more than enough. You are capable of achieving anything you set your mind to.

Repeat silently or aloud: I am powerful. I am capable. I am enough.

As we near the end of this meditation, take a moment to honor yourself for showing up today. You’ve taken this time to reconnect with your strength, your calm, and your purpose. You deserve this time of peace.

Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to your body. Feel the chair or floor beneath you, supporting you. Start to gently wiggle your fingers and toes, bringing movement back into your body. When you feel ready, gently open your eyes, returning to the present moment with a renewed sense of clarity and strength.

You carry this strength and calm with you now, and you can return to it whenever you need. Trust in yourself, and know that you have the inner strength to handle anything life brings your way.

As you move forward, remember these affirmations:

I am strong. I am grounded. I am capable.
I am calm. I am focused. I am enough.
