Take another deep breath in, filling your lungs completely, and as you exhale, imagine releasing any remaining distractions or concerns, letting them drift away.

Now, bring your attention to the natural rhythm of your breath. Feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest with each inhale and exhale. With every breath you take in, imagine drawing in calm, clarity, and focus. With every exhale, release anything that no longer serves you. Let your body relax more deeply with each breath, settling into a state of peaceful stillness.
