As you guide your client through this practice, encourage them to fully relax, let go of any distractions, and focus on their breath and body. The visualization and affirmations in this script are aimed at promoting health and vitality, and helping your client connect with their own healing energy.

Guided Meditation Script for Health:

Take a moment to find a comfortable position. Whether you’re sitting, lying down, or reclining, ensure you are fully supported and at ease. Close your eyes gently and take a slow, deep breath in through your nose. Hold it for a moment… and then release it slowly through your mouth. With each exhale, let go of any tension or stress you may be holding in your body.

As you continue to breathe, bring your awareness to the surface beneath you. Feel its support, steady and unwavering, as it holds you completely. Let yourself sink a little deeper into this support, knowing you are safe and cared for in this moment.

Focus on the rhythm of your breath. Notice how it flows naturally, effortlessly. Each inhale draws in fresh, healing energy, and each exhale releases any tension or negativity. Take a moment here to simply observe your breath and allow it to guide you deeper into relaxation.

Now, gently bring your attention to your feet. Notice the sensations in your toes, arches, and heels. Imagine a warm, golden light beginning to flow into your feet. This light is soothing and healing, dissolving all tension as it spreads. With each breath, feel your feet grow heavier and more relaxed.

Allow this golden light to travel upward to your ankles, calves, and shins. Feel the muscles here softening and releasing. Picture this light wrapping your lower legs in its comforting glow, melting away any tightness or strain.

Shift your focus to your knees and thighs. These are powerful parts of your body that support you every day. Take a moment to thank them for their strength and resilience. As you breathe, let the golden light flow into your thighs, loosening any tension and filling them with warmth and ease.

Bring your attention now to your hips and pelvis. Notice if you’re holding any tension here. Imagine the golden light spreading through this area, bringing with it a sense of openness and stability. Feel your hips becoming heavy, fully supported by the surface beneath you.

Turn your focus to your lower back and abdomen. With each inhale, draw the golden light into your lower back, feeling it soothe and relax every muscle. Let this light spread through your stomach and internal organs, restoring balance and bringing a sense of comfort and well-being.

As the light continues to rise, allow it to fill your chest and heart. Picture your heart glowing with radiant energy, each beat spreading healing and love throughout your entire body. With each exhale, release any emotional tension, replacing it with peace and gratitude.

Now Shift your awareness to your shoulders. Notice if they feel tight or heavy. As you breathe, imagine the golden light flowing into your shoulders, melting away any tension. Let your shoulders drop and relax completely.

Feel the light traveling down into your arms, soothing your biceps, elbows, forearms, and wrists. Let it reach all the way to your hands, filling them with warmth and ease. Imagine your fingers softening, each joint and muscle relaxing deeply.

Now Bring your attention to your neck and throat. These areas often hold stress and tension. Picture the golden light gently massaging this area, releasing any tightness and creating a sense of openness.

Now, focus on your face. Soften your jaw, unclench your teeth, and relax your tongue. Feel the light smoothing your cheeks, your eyelids, and your forehead. Imagine this soothing energy easing every muscle in your face, leaving it calm and serene.

Finally, bring your awareness to the crown of your head. Visualize the golden light pouring in through the top of your head, filling your mind with clarity and calm. Let this light flow downward, uniting your entire body in a state of harmony and balance.

In your mind’s eye, imagine yourself in a beautiful, serene place. This could be a forest filled with the soft sounds of birds and rustling leaves, a tranquil beach with gentle waves lapping at the shore, or a sunlit meadow with the scent of fresh flowers. Take a moment to immerse yourself in this place. Notice the colors, the sounds, and the sensations.

Visualize a brilliant, healing light surrounding you in this peaceful space. This light is vibrant and alive, filled with energy and renewal. Feel it enveloping you, seeping into every cell of your body, restoring balance and vitality.

As you rest in this healing space, silently or aloud, repeat these affirmations:

My body is strong, healthy, and resilient.

I trust in my body’s ability to heal and restore itself.

With every breath, I invite peace and vitality into my life.

I release all tension and embrace balance and harmony.

I am grateful for my body and its incredible capacity to heal.


Feel these affirmations resonating deeply within you, becoming a part of your inner truth.

Spend a few moments here, basking in the light of this healing energy. Let it soak into every part of you, filling you with strength, vitality, and a deep sense of calm. Visualize your body functioning perfectly, every cell working in harmony to support your health and well-being.

Take this time to connect with a sense of gratitude. Thank your body for all it does to support you each day. Thank yourself for taking this moment to nurture your health and well-being.

If your mind begins to wander, gently bring it back to the golden light and your breath. Trust that in this moment, your body is healing, renewing, and becoming stronger.

When you’re ready to return, gently bring your awareness back to your breath. Feel the steady rhythm of air flowing in and out. Notice the surface beneath you and the space around you.

Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes. Roll your shoulders gently and stretch if it feels good. Take one final deep breath in, and as you exhale, open your eyes slowly.

Return to your day feeling refreshed, renewed, and full of vitality. Carry this sense of health and balance with you, knowing that you can return to this state of peace and healing whenever you need.

Feel you are whole. You are strong. You are healthy.
