Script:


"Begin by finding a comfortable seated or lying position. Allow your body to settle into the surface beneath you, feeling fully supported and safe. Gently close your eyes, letting go of any distractions, and take a slow, deep breath in…and exhale, releasing any tension you may be holding.

As you settle in, bring your awareness to the natural rhythm of your breathing. Notice the gentle rise and fall, allowing each breath to take you deeper into a state of relaxation. With every inhale, imagine that you are breathing in calm, healing energy…and with each exhale, you are releasing any stress, tension, or discomfort.

Now, imagine a soft, warm light above your head. This light is filled with healing energy, and it shines down upon you with warmth and comfort. Visualize this light slowly entering the top of your head, gently filling you with a sense of peace and renewal.

As this healing light moves down, feel it begin to relax your scalp, forehead, and face. Allow it to soften your eyes, cheeks, and jaw, melting away any tension. Let this light continue down to your neck and shoulders, releasing any tightness, and leaving these areas feeling warm and relaxed.

Bring your attention to your chest and heart space. Imagine the healing light filling this area, expanding with each breath. With each inhale, feel this light growing stronger, surrounding your heart with comfort and peace. If there are any heavy emotions or worries, imagine them dissolving in this light, gently fading away, leaving space for healing and calm.

Now, let this warm light flow down to your stomach, filling it with a sense of ease. Release any knots or tension, allowing this area to soften. Feel your abdomen rise and fall naturally with each breath, each inhale bringing in healing energy, each exhale releasing anything that no longer serves you.

As the light continues to move down, bring your awareness to your hips and lower back. Allow the light to gently soothe these areas, relieving any discomfort or heaviness. Imagine your hips relaxing, releasing any tension, feeling fully supported and grounded.

Now, focus on your legs. Feel this healing light travel down through your thighs, knees, and calves. Let each muscle relax, each joint feel soothed, as any remaining tension is released. Allow this light to reach your ankles, feet, and toes, filling them with warmth and comfort. With each breath, feel your entire body bathed in this soothing, healing energy.

Take a few moments now to feel the light spreading throughout your entire being, from head to toe. Imagine it growing brighter, filling you with a sense of renewal and balance. Visualize this light creating a protective shield around you, one that lets in love and positivity while releasing anything negative or harmful.

Now, bring your attention to your heart once again. As you breathe, imagine sending this healing energy outward, extending it to anyone in your life who may need it. Picture them receiving this light, feeling comforted and supported. Allow yourself to feel a sense of connection and peace as you share this healing energy.

As you breathe, rest in this state of wholeness and well-being. Know that you are safe, supported, and capable of healing. Trust that you can return to this sense of balance and peace whenever you need it, simply by focusing on your breath and visualizing this healing light.

​When you’re ready, start to gently bring your awareness back to the room around you. Wiggle your fingers and toes, inviting a gentle movement back into your body. When you feel ready, open your eyes, carrying this feeling of healing, peace, and strength with you into the rest of your day."
