Guided Meditation Script for Group:

Begin by finding a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down. Let your body settle naturally into the space around you. Gently close your eyes and take a deep, soothing breath in through your nose, feeling your chest rise. Hold it for a moment, and then exhale slowly through your mouth, letting any tension flow out with your breath. Take another deep breath, allowing yourself to sink deeper into relaxation. With each exhale, let go of the stress and distractions of your day, settling fully into the present moment.

As you continue to breathe, picture yourself in a serene natural setting, perhaps a lush forest, a quiet meadow, or by the calming waves of the ocean. Let this image fill your mind, creating a peaceful space where you feel safe, calm, and at ease. Now imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet, reaching deep into the earth. These roots are strong, connecting you to the steady, grounding energy of the earth below. Feel the stability this brings to your body and mind.

These roots extend further, intertwining with the roots of those around you, forming a vast, interconnected network. Together, you are anchored in a shared foundation of unity and support. Breathe deeply, and as you exhale, imagine this network glowing softly with light, a symbol of the harmony and connection you share as a group.

Now, bring your awareness to the top of your head. Visualize a warm, golden light gently descending and touching your scalp. This light is soft yet powerful, releasing any tension you may be holding. It moves down to your forehead, smoothing away any creases of worry, then to your eyes, relaxing them completely. Feel this light flow over your cheeks, your jaw, and your neck, melting away tightness as it moves.

As the golden light continues, it spreads to your shoulders, easing away the weight you may have been carrying. It flows down your arms, through your elbows, wrists, and hands, and out your fingertips, leaving your arms feeling light and free. The light travels to your chest, calming your heart and deepening your breath, then moves through your stomach, releasing any knots of tension. It flows down your back, soothing each vertebra, and travels through your hips, thighs, knees, calves, and ankles, all the way to your feet. Feel your entire body glowing with warmth and ease, fully immersed in this state of relaxation.

Now bring your attention to the space above the group. Imagine a glowing orb of light forming there, radiating peace and harmony. This light pulses gently, growing brighter with every collective breath. It represents the shared energy of the group, the connection you have to one another in this moment of mindfulness. Allow this light to surround you and everyone here, creating a circle of unity and calm.

As you sit in the glow of this light, take a moment to reflect on the power of shared intention. Notice how the energy of the group amplifies your own sense of peace and calmness. Silently, repeat these affirmations to yourself:

"I am calm. I am grounded."
"We are united in peace and mindfulness."
"Together, we create a space of harmony and connection."


Take a deep breath in, allowing these affirmations to settle deeply within you, and exhale slowly, feeling their truth resonate.

Now, begin to gently bring your awareness back to your breath, noticing its natural rhythm. Feel the steady rise and fall of your chest. Slowly wiggle your fingers and toes, inviting movement back into your body. Roll your shoulders gently and feel the strength of your connection to the ground beneath you. When you are ready, open your eyes softly. Take a moment to observe your surroundings and the people around you. Notice how you feel—calm, connected, and at peace.
