Take a moment to ease into a comfortable position, allowing your body to settle in a way that feels secure and supported, and as your client closes their eyes or softens their gaze, invite them to take a slow, deep breath, feeling the gentle rise of the chest and the soft release that follows; encourage them to imagine tension melting effortlessly from the shoulders, the jaw, the belly, as though their entire body is unhooking itself from the weight of the day.
With their next breath, guide them into a vivid inner landscape—standing at the edge of a stunningly serene beach—where warm, golden sunlight wraps around their skin with the perfect combination of heat and tenderness, creating a sense of comfort that spreads through every muscle.
In the distance, the rhythmic sound of waves rolling in becomes the steady, soothing heartbeat of this environment, calling their mind into stillness and inviting their nervous system into calm.
