As you guide your clients through this meditation, encourage them to release tension, quiet their minds, and open their hearts to the serenity that prayer brings.

Use this script to create a space where they can reflect, surrender, and experience peace.

Guided Meditation Script:

Close your eyes gently and take a deep, calming breath. Let it fill your lungs, and as you exhale, feel any tension you may be holding begin to melt away. Let your body relax and your mind settle into a peaceful state. This is your time, a sacred moment to connect with your innermost self and the divine presence around you.

Feel the weight of your body supported by the ground beneath you, the chair or cushion you are sitting on, and feel the grounding energy of the earth. With each breath, you begin to release any heaviness, bringing you into a state of complete relaxation and peace. Your breath becomes a gentle rhythm, carrying you deeper into stillness.

Now, bring your awareness to your heart space. Feel the energy of your heart gently expanding, becoming warm and open. Let your heart become a vessel for love, light, and peace. This space is sacred, and within it, you are free to experience the deepest connection to yourself and to the divine. There is nothing to fear here, no need for pretense or perfection. Simply allow yourself to be, as you are, with love and acceptance.

As you continue to breathe deeply, feel your connection to this moment strengthen. With every breath, you are drawing in peace, serenity, and divine energy. With each exhale, you release anything that does not serve your highest good, letting go of the worries, the distractions, the burdens that you have carried. Allow this moment to be one of surrender—a surrender of all that is not essential. Here, in the stillness, you are free to be completely present.

Now, allow your thoughts to shift toward prayer. Begin to consider the intentions of your heart. What do you seek in this moment? Is it peace? Guidance? Healing? Clarity? Strength? Love? Now, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, let go of any remaining tension. Allow the quiet space around you to deepen, allowing your prayer to settle into the silence. In this space, know that you are heard. Trust that the divine presence is with you, embracing you, surrounding you with unconditional love and light. This presence is not distant; it is within you, around you, and supporting you in every way. Allow yourself to fully absorb this love, feeling it in your heart, your body, and your soul.
