The air feels safe and comforting, filling you with a sense of calm and curiosity. Step slowly onto a soft, mossy path that winds gently into the heart of the forest, noticing how it cushions your feet with every step.
As you walk, look around and see flowers of every color—bright yellows, deep blues, soft pinks, and glowing purples. Some flowers sway as if dancing to a gentle melody carried by the wind.
You hear the soft hum of bees, the cheerful chirping of birds, and the distant rustle of leaves above, creating a symphony of peaceful forest sounds. Sunlight peeks through the branches, warming your face and filling your body with happiness, like a gentle hug from the forest itself.
Further along, you notice a sparkling stream. Its water is clear and twinkles as it flows over smooth, round stones. Imagine hopping carefully from stone to stone, feeling the cool water ripple beneath your feet. Each step makes a tiny splash, and the sound is soothing, like a gentle song.
As you follow the stream, you meet a friendly animal waiting to greet you—maybe a playful fox, a wise owl, a gentle deer, or a cheerful bunny. They smile and invite you to join them on a magical adventure through the forest. You feel excitement and happiness as your new friend leads the way.
Together, you wander deeper into the forest and arrive at a hidden meadow filled with soft grass that feels like a fluffy carpet. The meadow is dotted with flowers that glow like tiny lanterns, each one shining with its own gentle light. Lie down on the grass and notice how soft it feels beneath you, supporting you completely.
Look up at the sky and watch the clouds drift slowly, turning into fun shapes—a floating castle, a smiling sun, a dancing elephant, or even a rainbow-colored dragon. Imagine the clouds moving gracefully, carrying any worries or heavy thoughts away as they float across the sky.
Now, imagine a gentle breeze surrounding you, lifting your spirit and filling you with lightness, calm, and happiness. You feel your body becoming soft and relaxed, like a feather gently floating in the wind.
Take a slow, deep breath in, imagining that you are breathing in all the colors, light, and joy of this magical forest, and as you breathe out, release anything that doesn’t feel calm or happy. Feel your chest, shoulders, arms, and legs becoming lighter, as if every breath carries peace through your body.
Your friendly animal invites you to explore even more. Together, you discover a small, sparkling pond where the water is as clear as glass. You see little fish swimming happily, their scales shimmering in the sunlight, and you can even dip your hand in the cool, refreshing water.
Nearby, butterflies with brightly colored wings flutter around, inviting you to follow them to a secret part of the forest filled with soft, twinkling lights hanging from the trees. Each light seems to dance and twinkle just for you, making you feel safe, special, and joyful.
As you continue your journey, imagine a small hill ahead. You climb it slowly, feeling the soft earth under your feet. When you reach the top, you can see the entire forest stretched out below you, filled with colors, light, and gentle movement.
You take a deep breath, feeling proud of yourself for taking this journey. Imagine that you are carrying all this calm, magic, and confidence inside you, like a glowing light in your heart.
It’s time now to slowly say goodbye to your animal friend and the magical forest. Walk back along the mossy path, noticing the colors, sounds, and gentle energy of the forest one last time.
Wiggle your fingers and toes, stretch your arms and legs gently, and when you’re ready, open your eyes. Bring the happiness, calm, and confidence from this adventure back with you, knowing you can return to this magical place anytime you wish.
