Guided Chakra Meditation Script:
Sit comfortably with your back straight, your hands resting gently on your lap, and your feet planted firmly on the ground. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in… and out. With every exhale, let go of any tension or stress. Allow yourself to feel grounded and supported by the earth beneath you.
Bring your attention to the base of your spine, the seat of the Root Chakra. Imagine a vibrant red light glowing at this point, like a steady flame. Visualize it pulsing gently, expanding with every breath you take.
As you breathe in, draw in energy that grounds and supports you. As you breathe out, release fear and uncertainty. Silently or aloud, repeat to yourself: I am safe. I am grounded. I am secure.
Feel the solid foundation this chakra provides, like strong roots connecting you to the earth. Allow this sense of stability and safety to settle into your being. Stay here for a few breaths, immersing yourself in the grounding energy of the Root Chakra.
Now, shift your awareness to the area just below your navel, the seat of the Sacral Chakra. Visualize a warm, orange light glowing softly in this space. It is fluid and dynamic, like water flowing gently.
As you breathe in, feel this orange energy filling you with creativity and passion. As you exhale, release guilt and emotional blockages. Affirm to yourself: I am creative. I am passionate. I embrace joy and pleasure.
Allow this chakra to awaken your inner artist and bring balance to your emotions. Feel the energy here nurturing your relationships, your imagination, and your ability to experience life fully. Stay in this space for a few breaths, letting the energy flow freely.
Move your focus to your upper abdomen, the area around your stomach. This is where the Solar Plexus Chakra resides, the center of your personal power. See a bright yellow light shining here, radiating warmth and strength.
With each inhale, draw in energy that fills you with confidence and motivation. As you exhale, release any self-doubt or fear of failure. Silently repeat: I am strong. I am confident. I am in control of my life.
Feel this chakra empowering you to take charge of your life, make decisions, and overcome obstacles. Imagine this golden light spreading outward, infusing your entire being with a sense of purpose and determination.
Bring your attention to the center of your chest, your Heart Chakra. Visualize a soft green light radiating from this space, expanding outward like ripples in a pond. This is the chakra of love, compassion, and connection.
As you breathe in, invite love and kindness into your heart. As you breathe out, let go of pain, resentment, or grief. Affirm: I am loved. I am loving. I am kind.
Feel this chakra opening like a blooming flower, allowing you to give and receive love freely. Imagine this green energy connecting you to the people and the world around you, filling you with warmth and gratitude.
Now Focus now on your throat area, the home of your Throat Chakra. Visualize a clear blue light swirling gently, like a calm sky or a still ocean.
With each inhale, feel this blue energy strengthening your ability to communicate. As you exhale, release fear of judgment or misunderstanding. Silently say: I speak my truth. I am heard. I am understood.
Imagine yourself expressing your thoughts and emotions clearly and honestly. Feel your voice becoming stronger, more authentic, and aligned with your inner truth. Let the blue light expand, connecting you to your true self.
Shift your focus to the space between your eyebrows, the Third Eye Chakra. Visualize a deep indigo light shining brightly in this area, like a star in the night sky.
As you breathe in, feel your intuition and inner wisdom awakening. As you breathe out, let go of confusion and doubt. Affirm: I trust my intuition. I see clearly. I am connected to my inner guidance.
Allow this chakra to sharpen your perception and bring clarity to your mind. Imagine this indigo light expanding, connecting you to higher understanding and insight. Feel your third eye opening, guiding you with wisdom and purpose.
Finally, bring your focus to the top of your head, the Crown Chakra. Visualize a radiant violet or white light glowing here, connecting you to the universe and divine energy.

Now, take a deep breath in… and out. Slowly bring your awareness back to your body. Feel the weight of your body on the surface you’re sitting on. Wiggle your fingers and toes, and gently roll your shoulders.
