Remind them that perfect visualization is not necessary — the intention and awareness are what matter most.

You will guide them through the following steps, focusing on the sensations, colors, and affirmations associated with each chakra, allowing energy to flow freely and naturally. Feel free to adjust your pacing, tone, and pauses to ensure your client feels safe, supported, and deeply relaxed throughout the experience.

7 Chakras Guided Meditation Script:

Take a deep breath in… and imagine a vibrant red light glowing at the base of your spine. This is your Root Chakra, the foundation of your being — the energy center that connects you to the earth, to stability, and to safety. With every breath, feel this red light growing stronger and warmer, grounding you deeply into the earth beneath you. Imagine roots extending from your spine, reaching down into the rich soil below, anchoring you securely. Feel the steady, unwavering support of the earth. You are safe. You are held. You are protected. Repeat silently: "I am safe. I am secure. I am grounded."

Now, shift your awareness to your Sacral Chakra, just below your navel. Picture a swirling, warm, orange light, like the glow of a setting sun. This is the center of your creativity, passion, and pleasure. Feel the orange light expanding, radiating warmth and excitement. It stirs your inner desires, your joy, your zest for life. Imagine this light washing away any shame or guilt, replacing it with a playful, flowing energy. Let it awaken your passion — for art, for love, for life itself. Feel this energy flowing freely. Repeat: "I am creative. I am vibrant. I embrace life fully."

Take a deep breath and move your focus to your Solar Plexus Chakra, located in your upper abdomen. Visualize a brilliant yellow sun, glowing brightly, filling your entire stomach with warmth and power. This is your center of strength, confidence, and willpower. Feel this yellow light radiating outward, dissolving any self-doubt or fear. It fills you with an unshakable belief in yourself. Imagine standing tall, your head held high, radiating confidence and determination. You are powerful. You are capable. You are unstoppable. Repeat: "I am powerful. I am strong. I am in control of my life."

Bring your awareness now to the center of your chest — your Heart Chakra. Picture a calming, emerald green light glowing and expanding with every breath. This is the center of love, compassion, and forgiveness. As you breathe in, feel this green light softening your heart, releasing any pain, resentment, or fear. Let go of the heaviness, the walls you may have built. With every breath, allow this green light to grow, wrapping around you like a warm, comforting embrace. Imagine this love radiating outward to everyone you care about — and even to those you may struggle to forgive. You are filled with love, and you give love freely. Repeat: "I am love. I forgive. I am compassionate."

Now, bring your focus to your throat — your Throat Chakra. See a clear, calming blue light glowing here. This is the center of your truth, your voice, your ability to express yourself honestly and confidently. As you breathe in, feel this blue light opening and expanding, clearing away any fear of speaking up or being heard. Imagine your voice becoming clearer, stronger, and more authentic. You speak your truth with kindness, and the world listens. Repeat: "I speak my truth with confidence and kindness."

Next, shift your awareness to the space between your eyebrows — your Third Eye Chakra. Visualize a deep indigo light forming here, like the midnight sky. This is the center of your intuition, wisdom, and inner guidance. As the indigo light glows brighter, feel your mind becoming clearer, more focused. Any mental fog or confusion melts away. You see beyond the surface, beyond illusions. Trust the insights that arise — your inner voice knows the way. Repeat: "I trust my intuition. I see clearly."

Finally, bring your attention to the top of your head — your Crown Chakra. Imagine a radiant violet or white light glowing here, connecting you to the universe, to divine wisdom, to something greater than yourself. Feel this light expanding, reaching upward like a beam of energy, connecting to the vast, infinite universe. Allow this light to pour down, filling you with peace, clarity, and a deep sense of oneness. You are part of everything, and everything is part of you. You are light. You are divine. Take a moment to feel your entire body, from head to toe, filled with light and balance. Each chakra is open, aligned, and flowing harmoniously. You are whole. You are energized. You are at peace.
