"Take a moment to find a comfortable seated or lying-down position. Allow your hands to rest softly on your lap or by your sides, and when you feel ready, gently close your eyes. Start by taking a slow, deep breath in, filling your lungs completely. As you exhale, feel any tension begin to melt away from your body. Take another deep breath, and as you release it, imagine sinking deeper into relaxation. Let each breath bring you closer to a state of calm and ease, allowing your mind to settle.

Now, focus on the natural rhythm of your breathing. Feel the steady rise and fall of your chest with each inhale and exhale. With every breath you take in, imagine drawing in calm and tranquility. With every breath you let out, release any lingering stress or distractions. Allow yourself to be present here and now, welcoming the stillness that comes with each breath.

Begin to visualize a soft, fluffy cloud forming beneath you. This cloud is warm and inviting, its surface feels like the coziest, gentlest pillow you’ve ever experienced. Picture yourself stepping onto this cloud, feeling its softness cradling your body. As you settle into the cloud’s embrace, notice how light and relaxed you feel, as if every worry is dissolving into the cloud’s gentle surface. Imagine the cloud lifting you gently into the sky, carrying you effortlessly upward. There’s a light, refreshing breeze that touches your face, and the air around you feels warm and soothing.

As you float higher, take a moment to look around. The sky is a clear, vibrant blue, dotted with other fluffy clouds drifting by. The sun shines brightly above, casting a golden light that wraps around you like a blanket of warmth and comfort. You are safe here, floating peacefully, far removed from any stress or tension. Feel the cloud’s softness beneath you, supporting you completely as you drift through the sky. Let yourself enjoy this sensation of floating, feeling weightless and free.

Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine releasing any tension from your head and neck. Feel the cloud absorb this tension, melting it away effortlessly. Now, bring your awareness to your shoulders. If you sense any tightness, imagine the cloud wrapping around your shoulders like a soft embrace, gently soothing and relaxing them. Allow this feeling of ease to flow down through your arms, into your hands, and all the way to your fingertips. Notice how your arms feel lighter, as if they’re floating on air.

Next, focus on your chest and heart area. Picture the warmth of the sun shining directly onto your chest, filling your heart with a golden light of love and positivity. With each inhale, feel this light expanding, radiating out from your heart and filling your entire chest. This light brings a sense of deep joy and gratitude, enveloping you in a comforting glow.

Now, let this relaxation flow down into your abdomen and lower back. Imagine any tightness or discomfort dissolving into the cloud beneath you, absorbed by its softness. Feel your stomach and lower back release any tension, becoming completely relaxed.

Let this sensation continue down into your hips, legs, and feet. Visualize the cloud gently supporting your lower body, cradling you in its softness. Your legs feel weightless, as though they’re floating on a gentle wave. With each breath, feel the relaxation deepen, spreading all the way to your toes. Your entire body is now embraced by the soothing, calming energy of the cloud.

Imagine now that you are surrounded by a soft, glowing aura of light. This light is filled with positive, peaceful energy. It forms a protective bubble around you, keeping you safe and sheltered from any negativity. If any unwanted thoughts arise, visualize them as small, wispy clouds passing by. Watch them drift away on the breeze, growing smaller and smaller until they disappear completely. Feel a sense of relief and release as they fade away.

Take a moment to silently repeat these affirmations: 'I am calm. I am safe. I am deeply relaxed.' Let these words sink in with each breath, filling you with a profound sense of peace.

Spend a few more moments here, floating gently on your cloud, enjoying the feeling of being weightless, light, and free. Know that this place of calm and relaxation is always within you, and you can return here whenever you need to.

When you’re ready, imagine the cloud slowly beginning to descend, gently carrying you back down. Feel the cloud lowering you softly until you return to where you began. The cloud leaves you with a gift of deep relaxation, a sense of peace, and a lightness that you can carry with you into the rest of your day.

Take one final deep breath in, and as you exhale, bring your awareness back to the present moment. Feel the surface beneath you, the air on your skin. Gently wiggle your fingers and toes, bringing small movements back to your body. When you feel ready, softly open your eyes, carrying this sense of serenity and calm with you as you go forward."
